I'm glad you reminded me because I haven't experimented much with kegels lately.<br /><br />I've personally found kegels work best for my body when they occur spontaneously rather than making them happen. I used to insert the large end of the Fun Wand when I lay down to sleep, and after my body had relaxed enough it would begin a slow involuntary clench and release rhythm that's just lovely. Whenever I think kegels it makes me want to explore this approach more thoroughly, with the Pure Wand, Evi Aneros Kegel Stimulator, or possibly larger kegel balls than I have now.<br /><br />Definitely lots of interesting and beneficial stuff in kegels.
